I'll keep it brief, but I'm completely lost and broken, and have been reduced to a pathetic mess.

I had a beautiful daughter with my girlfriend 3 months ago. We live in Florida and are unmarried. My name is on the birth certificate.

She was an absolute ungrateful terror pretty much our entire 2 year relationship. She has no job, and I support all three of us.

I attempted to have her served with paternity paperwork when I was out of town for work, so I could solidify my parental rights, and she refused service. That night, she got a uhaul, took all of her stuff, the baby, and left.

I believe she is in Pennsylvania, where she grew up, but I cannot be certain. She refuses to tell me where she is and tells me that I'll never see my baby again.

I'm totally broken and missing my daughter. My attorney says we can't do anything without her being served, and the police said she is allowed to leave with the child since paternity was never established in the courts, which is what I was trying to do.

Please, someone, anyone help. I don't know what else to do, or where to turn. How do I find her? She definitely doesn't have anything in her name as she has no money, and has about $40k in debt.
