This is what happens when the goal of equal outcomes supplants the ideals of equal opportunities. Until all management/boardroom positions are 50/50 male/female the feminists won't be satiated. And even then, I doubt they'd stop until all higher positions were dominated by women.

File a complain with the authority in you area. It is illegal, and just another term being used to mask the agenda of focused discrimination.

Well, to be honest. Being blind to those things didn't help those people they tried to help.

If a company wants to help correct an issue where they feel women are hispanic people aren't given the same opportunities. Then they'll have to help exactly those groups.

I get it that you likely don't agree.

But to give a non-racial example.

The company saying they want to help blind people in the workforce because they feel that blind people have often been overlooked. The only way to do that is to specifically help blind people over their peers.

There's no other way to do that. And while you likely don't agree that those groups need help, it seems like a reasonable stance from their point of view.
