Met her at a bar and she was with a friend. Her friend drives off by herself, I am driving her home and I ask her to stay at my place, she said yes. Get to my place and she spends the night and is a willing participant, we use protection. Next day, wake up, drive her back to her place she kisses me goodbye. I send her a message next day, don't hear back until 4 days later where she sends a generic "been out of touch how are you." I don't respond, figure it's not worth my time if she's going to be flaky.

Then I hear from my supervisor (she is part of the same organization as I) that there may have been some issue, but HR was unspecific about the circumstances. I don't even know who brought it to HR, her, her friend....

Nothing explicit in any handbooks or manuals regarding my organization with this sort of relationship, there is no power dynamic, I am not able to influence any control professionally, our situations are completely isolated from each other.
