Walmart, other public bathrooms around here have changing tables. Never used a fast food bathroom. Nor do I plan too.

Try at a larger business or in the handicap stall.

I’ve designed many BKs and many restaurants of many sorts. The accessibility code requires you to either have them in both or have them in none. Building and Plumbing codes don’t require changing tables at all.

Many owners elect to leave them out and a select few will install them either later in both or only the women’s. We can’t control that and neither can the city because it falls under the threshold for a permit to be necessary.

Personally I would never use one of those at a fast food place. They are often dirty and broken and you can imagine how often they actually get cleaned. We used to take our kids to the trunk of the car to change them, it’s flat and protected and usually a better height than the seats and you can stand next to them.

It's getting a lot better where I'm at. but if there aren't any changing stations in the men's bathroom I just go to the women's bathroom if they have one. Never had a problem.

None of the bathrooms at my school have changing tables in them. You gotta figure that a school for 4th, 5th, and 6th graders that there are children that need changed in the families.
