What is the term for men doing it? Generally whatever that is.

If the local people think exposing sexual organs are fine for both genders, it's fine. If they consider breasts sexual organs, then whatever they charge men with for exposing their sexual organs. If they don't consider breasts sexual organs, nothing.

The culture of the people normally guide the laws. As long as genders are given equal protection under the law, I don't care.

It wouldn’t be sexual assault, it’d be sexual harassment. There’s a big difference between the two.

In my country sexual harrasment is punishable with fines and up to one year in the jail.

If a woman shows her titties to me in a sexual manner without me wanting to look at them or asking for my consent, that's just not OK!

If it is a accident, no problems with that because shit happens.

I have no problems with breastfeeding, because that has nothing to do with anything sexual. It's just a baby getting fed.

That's my thoughts on the subject.

Should it be? No. Is it? Probably. Would she be held legally responsible for it? Probably not.
