I have been divorced now for about 2 years and seperated for 3 before my divorce went through. My girlfriend and I had a little girl 4 months ago. My kids from my past marriage are over every other weekend and a couple times a week in the off weeks. I am about to take a 6 month parental leave while my girlfriend goes back to work. My question is. Do I need to continue to pay child support to my ex while I'm off on the parental leave?
