Hi,

I'm hoping someone might be able to of me advice in regards to a question about child-support Australia. My husband is separated from the mother of his children. He sees his children every second weekend from Friday to Sunday, lately as they have gotten older there are times when mum will not send them to see dad because of what I see as silly reasons like it's her birthday/mothers day/any other day and she wants to spend time with the children or she just misses them. She's a spiteful lady and keeps telling him that he needs to make up the days for child-support or she will adjust the care levels (he can't take them other weekends as he works and has fit his work schedule around his child care schedule) can anyone tell if she can do that because it's her choice that the children don't see their father?
