Hello everyone,

This might be a stupid question as I am not be able to resolve the contradiction I have in my head when thinking about the findings presented on the website of PASK.

When looking at the "at a glance" results, it says under "victimization" that 23 % of females are assaulted by their partner once in their lifetime and 19.3 % of males vice versa.

Under "perpetration", however, it says that female-perpetrated violence (28.3 %) is higher than male-perpetrated violence (21.6 %).

The results also say that 42 % of all partner violence is uni-directional, with 13.9 % male-to-female and 28.3 % female-to-male violence.

Now I wonder how women can be predominantly victims and perpetrators at the same time?
