No. Humans are gynocentric by nature and human nature is universal. You're not going to find a 'good' country for men, you'll just have to choose between a country that sucks for men and a country that sucks less for men.

If we are talking about the Law then in Belarus/Russia definitely isn't "good" for men.

In Portugal, male homosexuality is accepted, car insurance price discrimination is outlawed, incarceration is very low, and 50:50 custody is virtually universal, though not the law.

I'm married to a Polish girl (I'm English). Everytime I visit, Poland seems like a pretty chill country. The women are all slim, dress elegant and classy, sexy smiles and they think feminism is a pathetic joke for fat ugly wesern women.

I'd even see billboards promoting fatherhood, showing a father surrounded by his children looking up at him adoringly. You'd never see that in the west.
