Just another of the million excuses women make up to abuse their boyfriends. It also disproves a couple of myths about violence against men:

The myth that there's a "reason" women abuse men. People like to assume if a woman abuses a man "he must have cheated" or otherwise did something "to deserve it". This just shows there can be *no reason at all* for a woman to abuse a man except for her own amusement, and it's still seen as okay
1. That "toxic ideals of masculinity" are only perpetuated by men and men's culture. Feminists, for example, are quick to blame "toxic masculinity" for men not seeing the doctor when they're sick; for male abuse victims being marginalized because a man should be able to "brush it off"; for regressive expectations that men must be "macho", that a man must be able to "man up and take" any pain or abuse without complaint; etc.

But evidently women can be at least as toxic and as much to blame for making these ridiculous demands of men, for marginalizing violence towards men, for perpetuating gender stereotypes that are harmful for men

This post has been removed because the title does not say enough about its subject. This forces people to click and read before they can decide whether they are interested. It also makes searching impossible.

If everyone did this, the subreddit would become unusable.

So please don't do it in future. Take the time to describe your link, and save the time of hundreds of other people.

When making a title, it's best to assume the reader doesn't know what you're talking about - but don't go overboard with every detail. Then check if there are any words you can cut out without losing any important information.
