First time poster, rant time. Last year we had some woman come talk to us about grooming and predators. Despite their best efforts there was still some blatant sexism. Exhibit A: my friend's bio father was a pedophilic abuser, and his kids act out in school sometimes but there mostly good kids and most people understand he's seen some fucked up shit, but not today. The youngest son of this fucker has to deal with this assembly, and he acts out a little, but he's not too disruptive, but this one teacher started screaming at him, and another teacher pulled her aside to talk some sense into her. This bitch didn't even think of what trauma he'd been through, it only occurred to her that boys are the bullies and the predators. Exhibit B: (apparently girls are more likely to be assaulted, but female predators who like boys have WAY more victims) when this girl (previously my best friend) heard that, she LAUGHED IN MY FACE! "HA! You're more likely to be sexually assaulted" wrong but ok. Anyway, I told her good for you because I'm more likely to put a gun in my mouth tonight.

Tldr: Teacher screamed at ptsd kid, I told a sexist girl I was going to fucking kill myself.
