Rape has been part of human culture since it's beginning...all ancient texts are full of mass rapes and mass slavery - I think society still partakes in rape and slavery, but now it's different in form - but still exists. I think rape is problematic in modern society because it puts women in much different roles than they have entertained for much of their existence in our species.
What has not been part of human society is female dominance - that's just something that emerged in the last 50 years.

No women should, in my opinion - it's how our country operated for a very long time, I see no reason to change it considering how much damage they have done to society. The problem is that one bad apple spoils the whole batch - and there's a lot of psychotic feminists out there who ruin countless lives because they take advantage of the system - and the only way to prevent this from happening is to remove all women's right to vote.
