I am a person in Ontario who will be running for political office, and one of my campaign platforms will be advocating for a Victims Of Sexual Assault Protection bill. This bill will be simple but powerful. It will protect victims of sexual assault and rape, who are unable to legally consent to sex, from all responsibilities coming from the rape/sexual assault. Basically, it will prevent a male who is unable to legally give consent to sexual activity, from being responsible for any financial means or child support to his rapist when she becomes pregnant as a result of her illegal actions, as well as preventing her from ever seeking to involve the victim in her or her childs life. It will prevent a criminal from profiting from their crimes.
