Can anyone reccomend places to get help in Australia?

My wife left with the kids and I don't know where they are, and I don't have contact.

Of course I'm considering a recovery order, but my current lawyer thinks they won't normally do that if the adducting parent is the "primary carer".

I can't think of anything which justifies the kidnap.
