That is absolutely guano. I understand the prohibitions on provider/patient relationships, but this is odd in a few ways, what with dentists being allowed to treat spouses, and also ignoring the precedent set with the previous case...wonder if maybe a jealous ex or someone filed a complaint to punish one of them? It seems insane to me that this would happen without someone pushing it forward...
