In class at my uni, we are discussing Title IX. My professor gave us several links to read, and this one stood out. Not sure if this is the correct subreddit or flair, but interesting nonetheless (still kinda new at this whole Reddit thing, my apologies if this was done incorrectly). I found it fascinating that there are 9,400 women's NCAA teams, and 8,400 men's NCAA teams. After reading the article and Volleyball analogy, it seems that Title IX is...Well, interesting. "The stage is set for the continued, inexorable, and massive elimination of men’s teams and the pointless reduction of men’s team roster sizes."
