At school, we are learning about the medieval ages. We were learning about medieval methods of torture and one of those was genital mutilation. I was curious because it was considered a for of torture back then but not now? It was along with the other horrible torture methods such as roasting, tongue removal, and bone breaking. If they considered it torture then, shouldn't it be torture now?
