One thing I have noticed last five years or so, suddenly since droves of women started 'identifying' as men, and started doing cross sex hormones, and getting bearded faces, big muscly shoulders, baldness, and butch voices - suddenly, feminists start fighting the trans promotion agenda. This was no surprise to me.
Going back a ways further, say 25 years ago to about five years ago, it was exponentially more men 'discovering' they were trans. Blockers, women's hormones, castration, surgically consturcted vagina - and lifelong depression and reliance on exogenous hormones. Fine, you're a boy or man, we don't give a shit, fuck yourself up as much as you want.
But of course, not ONLY boys grow up in dysfunctional environments. Not only can mothers destroy the identity stability of their little boys, they can and do also mess up the minds of their daughters from time to time. And we get very, very disturbed teenage lesbian girls, and more and more of them have 'discovered' they were trans. And suddenly, especially in the UK, society notices. TV shows notice. Feminist academics notice. Because, while some poor unloved boy or man is expendable, not so their budding little lesbian woman. They actually don't want her body messed up for life.
Couple of weeks ago, the High Court in UK made it almost impossible for under 16s in UK to get puberty blockers (these are known to almost ALWAYS lead on to cross sex hormones). This outlines it: http://www.transparencyproject.org.uk/bell-v-tavistock-in-the-high-court-an-explainer/
The applicant was this mixed race British woman who had done puberty blockers, testosterone, and had a double mastectomy, and then gone, 'whoops', and thought it was a mistake. If she had been one of the 1000s of men who had more radical interventions (ie. gonadal castration), no one would have given a shit. I mean, it had already exploded in the 2000s, particularly 2010s, but as it was men getting put through the meat grinder no one cared. Fastforward 2020, with 1000s of GIRLS now jumping on the bandwagon, and society, the media, the courts, concerned medical professionals, feminist academics etc - all say 'stop it, you could be hurting THESE GIRLS'.
A group of about three transmen came on here, to the MensRights subreddit, and when I challenged that taking cross sex hormones was a good idea, they tried to get me banned. I was okay with that, what's the point of Reddit if you can't respectfully speak what you believe to be true? I figured either I would get banned, or they'd find the next thing to focus their unstable attention on, and in fact they seem to have disappeared from this subreddit now. I hope they are okay.
I hope all the young girls and women in difficult circumstances with a distrubed sense of gender identity are okay. But I also, unlike the powerful, also hope the boys, be they gay, just confused, or whatever, who are also considering 'transitioning' to female appearance are also okay. Sad for them that they will only be protected incidentally, by a society that will at times take action to protect women, but is indifferent to harm to men and boys or indeed takes some sort of sadistic satisfaction in seeing it.

Get fucked yourself, neither do I hate them, nor shame them - neither do I support medical interventions without a science and evidence base. That isn't the point, anyway, the point is the difference in society - particularly UK - response when the birth gender is female vs male.
