Wow, what an utterly contentless program. No real weight either pro or con.

By the way, the pro-circumcision guy on the show, Brian Morris, doesn't have any sort of degree relating to medicine and is most likely a circumfetishist, that is someone who sexually fantasizes about circumcision. He's a member of the Gilgal Society (which publishes circumcision pornography) and his homepage links to several circumfetishist sites.

I was screaming at my tv at the parents who were having their baby sons foreskin sliced off. If something aint broke, dont chop it off. If its supposed to not hurt, why not wait till the kid becomes older and let them make their own choice whether its needed.

Correct me if I am wrong but doesn't a child only get UI's if the parent is screwing up? IE not changing diapers soon enough?

I like how women talk about "male privilege", and yet newborn males suffer the most genital mutilation in the world. Yes, it's a privilege to lose 1/2 to 3/4 of the nerve ending on my genitals permanently. Newborn females are protected under U.S. law, newborn males are not.

In the United States, if you compare the statistics, for every one rape, ten boys experience forced genital mutilation.

I will never get to know what it's like to to experience sex the way it was meant to feel.
