A higher number of false accusations will be stopped at trial, a higher number still at the police level and from my observations of real life a staggering amount will not go beyond the social level, for example such accusations are used as weapons. In Britain this is by no means uncommon.

No one seems to think of the false accusations at the social level and quite frankly people have been killed over this. A boy was killed by vigilantes a few years ago because a girl accused him of rape, a police complaint was never filed and the allegation was proven to be 100% false. You will not find statistics for this.

Lisa Paige was on CBS morning show stating how sexual assulat prevention wasn't working so they need to withhold alumni donations. in the interview they even state that large amount of assault go unreported but they don't speak about why. just that it's a problem. heres the video link.
