Well the first one is failure because the government has sovereign immunity on the draft and the draft is already gender neutral so there is no standing

The second is failure since he was fired for violating his employment agreement, additionally he has not standing for a lawsuit because google employees waive the right to sue on labor disputes in the their contract in favor of binding arbitration- he would still need to also show explicit information demonstrating personal racism (gender on its own is not a protected class in most labor suits)

The third is a settlement on lawyers fee’s after a title 9 case. The student had already lost in court and on appeal, they settled to save further legal costs. It seems to me more a violation of due process case than gender discrimination but that’s probably why he kept losing.

The affirmative action case involving Asians is gender neutral as it affects women as well as men.

You did not answer my question and if you feel basic understanding of the law is to complicated then I doubt they are the right tool for you

I explained the process of how a lawsuit works and instead of discussing gender discrimination in law you choose to change the topic

Of course they did. The absence of lawsuits was what allowed them to take place in the first place. And their reemergence is what prevented it from ever happening again.

In the cases you posted women where seeking rights denied them- like the expansion of SS or ending negative actions against Asian students who are majority female

Only the google lawsuit could be argued to possibly have any gender issue but it is primarily a race claim, not a gender claim

This is just plain stupid. Being required to register for SS is women having their RESPONSIBILITIES denied to them. Withholding their voting rights would be having rights denied. Which one could actually argue for, as the early 20th century surge in voting rights was a direct result of conscription.

Where do rights come from. Are they shit out of heaven? Do you actually have a clue what happens to men who do not register with SS? They lose rights - to federal loans, etc. Why is that? Because of male privilege? RoFL You don't seem bright enough to understand the concept so I'll spell it out for you: rights are paid for with responsibilities.
