This is a genuine question, that I can't seem to "defeat", why do I always lean towards feminism, or should I say radical feminism specifically? What I mean by this is that whenever presented with overwhelming proof and backing on why Men deserve rights, and why the movement should be treated with as much respect as feminism, as soon as I see one complaint about men from a women, I get super dreadful and feel ashamed of men and as if men are the disgusting and trash human beings that many radical feminists believe them to be, the thing is that I rarely see overwhelming evidence from the radical feminist side, but more so statements, or arguments that "make sense" or seem legitimate, such as men being oppressors and it not being possible for men to be oppressed since we've created a system that favours us and puts down women. I'm just confused as to why, hearing a couple stories about an abusive boyfriend and or see theories of men being the oppressors that cannot control their beast like tendencies always sounds more plausible and convincing than a story about an abusive girlfriend or the fact that men are surprisingly more domestically abused than woman according to a statistic.
