So . . . motherhood isn't the most important job in the world?

It's a catch-22. If you don't celebrate a working mothers achievements at home you hate mothers. If you don't celebrate her career you hate working women. You have to do both at the same time while not doing the other to be acceptable. So there is no right answer.
