A few days ago I had a birthday party Party And sleepover with a few of my friends,The party was great and everything went fine,But when everyone got tried and was going to bed I noticed that my best friend had left the room, I didn’t think much of it because I figured that she was just going to get a drink or she was going to the bathroom,So I went to sleep,But a few hours later when I woke up around 3:00am I saw that she still wasn’t in the room,so I went to go look for her,as I was walking down the hallway I could hear a subtle moaning sound coming from my brother room,His door wasn’t closed all the way so me being the weirdo I am,I looked in the room,Only to find my best Friend on top of my brother getting fucked, now I was and am still pretty shocked,so I backed away from the door but my brother must of saw me because he jerked his head up and looked at the door then went under the covers with my BFF,now I’m wondering if I should say something to my brother or BFF about what I saw,I know that in most cases if you see something like this you should just forget that you saw it,But I do find it strange that she had sex with someone who just turned 13 last month,So should I say something or just let it go.

Update:So I talked to my brother,Im not going to say everything that he said,But he basically told me that she had came into his room while he was sleeping,Took off her clothes and just started fucking him,She also has been saying very provocative things to him for MONTHS like before he was 13,So she has probably been planning this for sometime now, Well my brother apparently didn’t even know much about sex because he hasn’t even had “the talk” in school yet nor have my parents given him it so he didn’t even know what was going on and just let it happen, Also I did ask if they used condoms and they didn’t, so yeah that’s basically all that I can say here without breaking some child porn law.

Update: I talked to my parents,They’ve decided that they aren’t going to press any charges until I talk to my friend and hear her side of the story,Which I will do soon I just don’t even know how to ask something like that,I know I’ve already talked to my brother but I think it will be different with someone who knew exactly what they where doing.Also my parents gave my brother “the talk” I wasn’t involved in that conversation, But after they taught him what rape and consent was he said that he doesn’t think she raped him because he enjoyed it and he says he considers my sister a friend,But he did only turn 13 in October so idk if he really knows what he’s saying,So yeah it’s not like this is everything my parents,my brother or myself said in this conversation but it’s all the important parts.
