the problem with this case is the journalists who have covered it have been more interested in clickbait than reporting facts.

there's almost zero details of what he is actually accused of doing. It's clear he was sexually 'messing around' with a drunk woman...was he also drunk? what activity actually occurred? If he was sober and had sex with a sufficiently drunk woman, he's in the wrong...even if she was demanding it. But we don't know what happened, because journalism is dead.
