Questions: As someone that is “new” to the PPD. What is your take on psychometrics? Specifically, tools like [DISC] (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DISC_assessment), [Predictive Index] (http://www.predictiveindex.com/science) , and SDI ([Strength Deployment Inventory] (https://totalsdi.com/about/our-approach/).

Some context: I first heard about psychometrics years ago when I was listening to David D’s content. He was explaining the concept of Myers-Briggs. Looking back at what I was (shy, introverted) it took lots of work and energy to change to who I am as a person today.
It seems to me that you will have dominant personalities across both genders. In DISC, men that are ‘D’ oriented will be generally your natural “Alphas”. Those that are ‘C’ or ‘S’ are a population of people that are not naturally charismatic or dominant. Emphasis on the word naturally. For women that are ‘D’s these are your ladies outspoken, comfortable with conflict. I imagine lots of these feminists have an inordinate population of the ‘D’ profile. When it comes to dating and relationships. Some partner profiles just match. For instance your ‘D’ man and your ‘S’ Woman. Whereas, some profiles just have conflict written all over it (i.e. ‘D’ man, ‘D’ woman). Again, we are talking natural tendencies. It’s not to say that a ‘D’ man and a ‘D’ woman couldn’t make it work in a LTR, it’s just to say that they would need to know how to handle blow ups (perhaps it’s just fucking each others brains out).
