Basically the title. In my experience, if you encounter a creep, chances are extremely high that it’s a man - be it a creepy pickup line, a hilarious statement about women’s anatomy or women in general, be it a creepy PM, unsolicited nudes, whatever.

As an underlying reason for creepy behavior I imagine probably bad education when it comes to dating, sex and biology. But why does it affect men to a much higher degree than women? (I’m interested in other explanations, if you have any).
