From what I understand, these ideologies came from instagram influencers that were selling certain brands, starting with the red pill "traditional" masculinity movement. Then there's their blue pill opposition, and pink pill and so on.
Basically this seems like a LARP everyone is doing so that they can get more followers. In reality, I have seen people actually consuming things like Fresh and Fit and Andrew Tate content, but they rarely actually "apply" the content. This is unsurprising since everyone who has actually been in a happy relationship knows that if you tried to behave like that you'd probably end up perpetually single or in custody as an emotionally disturbed person.
Now, obviously, there are people that would date actual red-pill ideology havers, but this isn't somehow proof that the ideology makes sense. Those men could probably have a lot more success in relationships if they didn't adopt the ideology of a horny, narcissistic 13 year old.
So, that being said, which "pill" are you? And why do you even believe this pill thing? Did you read a book that says it's accurate? Have you ever seen one of these types of men not get divorced?
