Would you consider this harassment?

I'm a single middle aged guy who works in a restaurant that has just opened a few months ago. I'm the type who tries to please my coworkers by being nice, pleasant,funny, being positive and always there to be of help.because i believe that it would create a harmonious working relationship. I've had previous experience working with teenagers in the past without any issues what so ever. But currently i'm having hell. I've been accused by 3 diff girls on diff occasions. The first was this girl a whose dad came in to the store and i said hey i just met your dad now i know where you got your good looks.and she reported me Second was, this girl b who passed smiley notes using the ticket orders and asking me what i do during my day off. At that time she didnt know how old i was since i look 20 yrs younger than my age. But never did i have interest or even hit on them. So this girl talks like she had no confidence on herself. So i told her that shes sexy the way she walks.. and she took offense so i never talk to her about non related work topics with her ever again. But the third girl who ill call girl c caught me off guard since i trusted her. We talked about movies, cars and even how we can work as a team and be efficient at work. So one day while business was slow and she was discussing about relationship with somebody else.. i asked her if its ok to get her opinion. And i said im sorry i had to ask you this but i just want to know your view on the matter. She knows that i just had a gf who"s 16 yrs younger than i am and is about to meet her friends. So i asked her if she finds it gross if i guy my age would try to date younger women since theyre the ones who are most likely still single and or still willing to take a chance. She replied that for as long their not under age and i quickly replied but ofcourse im not that type of person.. and she continued by suggesting i use tinder or other dating apps and which i replied that i spent hundreds if dollars with those apps with no luck.. and then she ended by saying the problem is how younger women think wouldnt match my maturity level.. i agreed and we fist bump and i said thank you. Then the next day i was called into a meeting by my managers saying that theres another complaint against me and this time its serious. I was shocked.. i told them i may have been carelessly trusting and stupid.. i was up for promotion snd didnt realize that this girl c wanted the post as well. So i was thinking that she wanted me out. Or it could also be she misunderstood my question. Im not sure what these 3 girls motives were since theyre are all friends and kinda huddle when theyre off from work.. my next step is to defend myself and prove that i have no interest on them. I even told my old coworker from my previous job what happened and theyre even will to testify on my behalf if it happens.
