Fathers have no rights, regardless of circumstances. Child support and custody laws need to be rewritten with more fairness given to fathers. Many fathers want to be in their child's life and are denied that privilege and still have to pay out the nose with zero say as to where the money goes (ie college fund as opposed to the mom's newest iphone). This article doesn't surprise me in the least.
