The tape in question shows that she is recalling a case in which she was a defense lawyer. She is laughing when she says that a forensics expert is coming from new york to corroborate a miscarriage of justice. She doesn't laugh at the victim. In fact it states that she thought the defendant was guilty, but she was a defense attorney. It was her JOB to defend him. She never laughed at the victim. And in the CNN bit Anderson Cooper even says that they haven't got enough evidence that she LAUGHED AT THE VICTIM. She laughed because she was explaining a convoluted situation. Do you ever laugh when you are explaining an event that involved repeated or extra steps? It was a human response. If you had watched the tape you would understand. I don't understand how you think an accused rapist is less likely to rape than a person who happened to have to defend a rapist WHO SHE THOUGHT WAS GUILTY. You are what's wrong with America.
