I had an ex who got a payout after a dispute with her former employer under the condition she not post or say anything negative about it .

She couldn't help herself and had to post crap about the company on THEIR facebook page , had to pay back like 10% .

I couldn't believe how stupid she was , literally a payout to keep her mouth shut. and she couldn't

Then she thought I'll start a social media adivsory company - needless to say it's now defunct .
