I have to agree with both women though that men should take a more active role in child rearing. It would definitely help our culture.

This was tough to watch. A proper "feel vs real" battle. Broadly saying 'oh it's sexism' whilst ignoring the facts very clearly presented. You know you're losing an arguement when you appeal to emotion rather thn facts.

To be honest I perceive her to be more capable of understanding the whole picture and how to analyse every single fact than Milo.
She projects this clear cut picture in which we the viewers can follow with ease and shows us how some points are to be addressed.

I'd like to see numbers from other comparisons like how much guys with blue eyes make vs brown etc. I'd expect to see a degree of variance there as well. Maybe we can disprove the myth and finally move on. I'm sure there are plenty of exceptions but in my experience both men and women are paid what their worth because a professional can find better pay elsewhere. On that note, a professional will look elsewhere whereas some people are too afraid of change and would rather take an increase by trying to push legislation.
