She was planning this since 2008, collecting evidence for 5 years before she was offered her dream job to move away from her shit performance, turned it down, then told everyone she was fired (when she wasn't lol).
She was given the most expensive mentors and coaches
She was paid more than the male colleagues despite her having less experience "on the desk" (fwoabt).
She bribed her way into reddit CEO because she thought it would make the case a slam dunk
Yishan Wong personally hired her, and personally put her forward for the job after stepping down in 1 second (no notice) because of an argument over which coffee machine they'd buy for the office. Or was it the name of the pet goldfish he was arguing about?
6 days after he says "i quit", unheard of, Ellen Pao is CEO, just in time for her court case, suing for about 40-50 years salary. LOLWTFOKBBQ.
She offered Yishan a decade of salary for him to step down

Abusing every woman victim: rape victim? Ellen Pao has you covered as she tries with all the disgusting language she can to characterize an on going romantic "chocolates on the desk (from her!)" - talk of marriage and kids... relationship as "rape". She goes right up to it and calls it "rap" and is just a hairs breath and some teary eyed acting away from making it so.
Abusing women who have suffered true injustice in the workplace, including the women who make her clothes, working 16 hour days in shitty conditions. She was paid more, given mentoring and guidance from the most expensive and reknown minds, offered alternative jobs, which she refused as she knew it would harm her court case, she was thinking 5-8 years down the line

Edit: I know women who have been abused, raped, assaulted: At college, at work over a period of time, near their homes. Ellen Pao is a shitty little vile leech who is twisting the knife into these women and harming future women who need to bring legitimate claims against their companies. That is why she's a horrendous and ugly monster.

I hope Yishan Wong serves time for fraud while stepping down from a registered position to help someone in a legal case while they are under federal investigate, I am sure they could make it stick and teach people a lesson to not try and profit from fraud

Hey /u/yishan, I didn't hear back from the FBI and SEC, but I got other people to file reports which contain all the comments you made on quora and all the information we could find from your and /u/ekjp's accounts. Don't offer people money in return for stepping down so you can stash go-bag money to leave the country and avoid FBI/SEC indictments.

Can someone explain to me who Ellen Pao is? I read the article and it says that she's involved in the software/tech industry in some way, but I'm really not sure.

Reading that article makes me think the case isn't going so well for her thus far:

Pao has claimed that a maternity leave caused her not to get a seat on the board of RPX, a patent company Pao says she championed and brought to Kleiner Perkins. But emails displayed in court showed Pao’s enthusiastic support for Randy Komisar, a more senior partner who eventually took the seat. Komisar, in turn, advocated for Pao to be the junior partner on the deal, in which she would become a board observer. Hermle argued this situation remained the same regardless of Pao’s maternity leave.

Under cross-exam, Hermle got Pao to admit that she stirred up conflict by telling Komisar that the RPX board members “hated him.” “As junior partner, you were there not just to help Komisar, but to help the firm—not to create conflict. Wouldn’t John Doerr agree?” Hermle asked. Pao agreed, and confirmed that Doerr had to mediate the conflict between RPX and Komisar. After the incident, Pao stopped attending RPX meetings.

So the defense has already established that Pao is both a shit-disturber as well as a dirty liar. Am I incorrect in thinking this case is all over but the crying?

But in her cross-exam today, Hermle convincingly established that Pao herself had once made a colleague cry.

I've made people cry at work. Once in the Navy it was my duty day and I was in charge of my section. We had this space we let everyone use as storage for clothes and things. I had all the keys. So I go in front of everyone before they were let off work and said, I will be opening the seabag locker for 25 minutes immediately after muster. So grab what you need.

I had a ton of stuff to do and I was already going to be going to bed past midnight and then get up at 4am to handle some sea and anchor related setting up and then sea and anchor itself. Then be up all day well into the night.

So this female has been in the locker for 12 minutes looking for some shoes to go out in.. I tell her nicely to hurry it along. I was legitimately nice. And she was just snotty about it.. And I just get frustrated. (I'm wasting my time to get things done and grab something to eat before the galley closed to let her get what she needs. And she is being snotty and inconsiderate. So i tell her how much I have to do and I can't wait around and she says That isn't my problem.

I told her to hurry up I was locking the locker. i was pretty mean about it.. But I was sick of inconsiderate females never having empathy. She didn't really hurry so I said, Hurry up now Smith, I'm locking it. This is it. get out!

And her friend was standing nearby saying, Don't do it, don't do it smith. All sympathetic. And Smith just started crying. I locked the locker and went to the fantail to lay out messengers.
