Hey guys I don’t know what to do about this, my professor is very smart and he’s Muslim. I’m a senior in college and this is my last class. He is an outgoing guy and not afraid to say he’s Muslim. I have no problem with this, however, there’s been a couple of times where he’s openly made a joke or criticized Christianity. For example one time, we were talking about private jets and he brought up how pastors were buying private jets with the members money, and he made a joke about it, now, it may not have been a big deal to others but it really got to me and the craziest thing was that, he was/is looking directly at me while saying every joke. I wear a small cross and I know he has seen me wearing it, what should I do in this situation? Should I just let him speak about my faith in such a non chalant manner? Or should I say how I feel about people talking and making jokes about Christianity?It’s really frustrating because the class is hard enough, but this is really distracting to me and very frustrating. While this doesn’t happen every class, I remember every time it has happened. Am I over reacting ? Should I leave it be?
