Tea Time

I don’t know wtf is wrong with me. I picked up a part time job that quickly snowballed into full time. Then, got asked to help run the entire business (it’s a startup making millions already) as soon as the partner company launches in February. The dog ended up in daycare 3-4 days a week and got sick because of it & we are out $600ish from the vet bills. We lived a very traditional lifestyle where I did the housework and he worked. I worked a tiny job for my dads company (still do but it could end at any time) to cover my Botox and other random things, but it wasn’t really “working”. I adore the homemaker life- I live to make the house spotless, doll myself up daily, organize everything to perfection, and to try new recipes, play with the puppy, and make different household items from scratch- i was living such a joyful life and now here I am doing everything I’m against: neglecting the home, not wearing makeup, wearing sweats and leggings with oversized sweaters, in a shit mood 24/7 from the stress of this job, and it’s somehow harder for me to disappoint my work than my homelife. Wtf! I was completely happy before, too! The money is so addicting but it’s not worth this lifestyle anymore. My man makes six figures and we have no kids yet so I have no reason to be working beyond very very part time. Can someone help give me the confidence to sternly tell my job I can ONLY do minimal part time? They need all the help they can get and I’d like to still rake in some extra cash for things I don’t want my man paying for until we have kids (we will be married January 2nd, btw, but even marriage alone doesn’t feel right for me asking for him to pay for super extra stuff like filler/botox etc) he’s so kind and make a budget to show me that I 100% do not need to work and factored in makeup and hair and clothes for me and all that stuff and I just feel so ungrateful.
