I really love this video. It's short and simple but such an important no-brainer concept that in reality we as women need to in a real sense knock out of ourselves after being told for so long that we were entitled to never having to do such things for anyone let alone any man.

The important thing is catching the nasty thoughts before they become nasty words and actions.
