I'm in a long distance relationship and we've been dating for almost 2 years.

Lately, I have been feeling insecure about myself from low self-esteem. I gained 15lbs pounds and in the last two months it has really affected how I think about myself.

I have found that with my low self-esteem, I have been feeling jealous and anxious that my boyfriend would cheat (mind you there are no indications that he ever would). I have also been upset when I found out he follows scantily dressed women on Instagram and asked him to unfollow them (which he said he did but later found out not all of them were unfollowed). I can't blame him for looking at hot women, but it makes me feel shitty about myself if that's the type of woman he really wants.

I have also always felt like he prioritizes his friends over me. We are in an LDR so I can't nag him to not go out, but I also wish he made more time for me. I find myself getting upset that he doesn't text me when he's out, yet I always find the time to text him back when I'm out. He's glued to his phone 24 7 and always texts his friends but not me. Just last night he went out and I texted him goodnight and he didn't even respond.

I suppose I don't feel like a priority in his life and I find myself thinking in a controlling and toxic way, but I try very hard to not get upset and cause an argument. I know he has more of a life than I do and that I need new hobbies, but do you guys have any advice for me? I've been trying to exercise more and eat less, but I can't help these thoughts of getting upset and thinking of breaking it off.
