Music

Every woman loves music. Music makes you feel happy only instantaneously. And now it is backed up the scientific research: listening to your favourite music causes the brain to release dopamine, a feel-good chemical. So, let the music fill your house and life. The day always seems better when you are listening to your favourite songs. Try singing along for double-fun filled day.

Meditation

Our hectic lifestyle brings so much of stress that the value of meditating every day cannot be underestimated. Stop the rat race, calm down, relax, and open you mind and body to bliss and happiness. It can be mediation, prayer, visualisation, shivasana or just watching a candle. Re-connect with your inner woman.

Singing

When you were a child you loved singing. There was nothing like humming up your favourite songs or making up your own. But when you grew up the complexes kicked in and you stopped. You must start again. Singing clears up your energy and facilitates self-expression. Singing classes will give you control over your voice and allow to make it melodic and powerful. Every woman sings a lullaby to her little baby, when you remember your mum’s lullaby wasn’t it the sweetest song in the world?

Shopping

Shopping therapy is vital for women, you do not have to become a consumerist, window shopping will do. Just try on those beautiful dresses and shoes, feel like a woman. Our clothes is our image and it allows us to express ourselves, so let’s express ourselves stylishly and beautifully.

Gardening

Gardening brings out the woman’s nurturing qualities. You are not only caring for the flowers and plants, training your patience and beautifying lives of everybody around, you are in immediate contact with the mother-nature. You are working together and giving life and beauty to this world. Gardening is meditation in everyday life.

Books

While books online and Kindle are popular and convenient. There is something special in the air of the library and bookstore. Walking down the aisles full of books, feeling a little girl again like Belle in Beauty and the Beast. There is a whole world to explore, energy of knowledge, wisdom and love is all-penetrating and very calming.

Good stationary

Almost every woman loves new stylish stationary. New diary is like a promise of the new life. Spoil yourself and buy a good diary and a nice pen.

Reading

Do you love reading? It is not only an opportunity to get a lot of knowledge but also an opportunity for compassion and realisation that your life is amazing as is. Do not read love novels or detectives. They bring additional stress, unfounded fears and unsatisfaction to your life. Read inspiring biographies, spiritual literature and inspirational books. These books will bring love and light to your life. I would certainly recommend refusing to read newspapers and magazines but it is your personal choice.

Photo-session

Some people are afraid of camera because they do not like how they look on photos. Looking good on photos is a skill, not a talent. Read about little tricks. For example all models know that chin has to be moved a little bit ahead so it does not seem on a photo that you have a double chin. Or another secret is that camera “eats” make up, so do not be afraid to use a lot of it for a photo-session. Photo-session is an opportunity to try on new styles, share your experience through social networks and love yourself even more.

Traveling

Traveling is expensive. Not necessarily, just read Tim Ferriss. He proves that traveling works out to be cheaper than paying rent for the same period of time. In 18th century it was considered that people can be educated through reading books and travel. So, educate yourself The new emotions and impression will bring freshness and crispiness in your life!

Drawing

Your boss is really annoying you? Draw your boss. Husband does not appreciate all the housework you do? Draw him a story in comics with stick figures. Express yourself in drawing.

Writing

Writing enhances creativity, builds self-awareness and boost self-esteem. Write a fairy tale for your children or the story of your day. Write some dialogues, let the characters speak for themselves. If you have trouble starting, simply take the last sentence from your favourite book and continue the story.
