I made r/redpillbooks. It's pretty empty right now. Let's build a red pill library.

So far, I have never read a really good post from Rok. Sometimes it is entertaining. Sometimes it is educational. But I have never read a post and said to myself: "Wow. This is spot-on".

Maybe my standards are too high. My impression is that the authors writes their articles in one go.

RoK is really cheap red pill stuff. it's very commercial, almost everyone is trying to sell their book on there. With that in mind, some of the articles are decent. But when you read CH and TRM regularly, you can feel the cheapness of the website. it's like the former are BMWs and Mercedes while RoK is a hyundai or the plastic interior or a Ford.

I totally agree with you. I am not really a fan of RoK. It's like the cracked.com of the manosphere. I read it for entertainment, not knowledge.

However, this paragraph really stood out:

Confidence is based on the belief that you, no matter your physical attributes, net-worth, career or connections, have real worth. I have done this for years and it’s quite effective: I imagine that I am stripped bare of any material possessions, I have nothing on, no fancy suit, literally nothing. I am stripped bare of money, friends, lovers, notoriety, everything. Then, when I look in the mirror, what do I see? Who am I? Do I still have confidence? Do I still feel like a man of worth? Yes. Why is this? Because I have based my confidence on who I am with nothing, not based on who I am with everything. Wealth can be stripped away, lovers can leave, family can pass away and career prospects can dry up, so then what are we left with? Building confidence with a firm foundation must start with who you are at the core.

I'm not a fan of this list even though I think raising your confidence is imperative to being a successful red pill guy. It actually feels like he has no idea what he's talking about. Here's some other things that in my experience are much sturdier ways to jacking up your confidence

  1. Lift - reaching new max lifts and looking better naked are pretty much the closest thing to a guaranteed confidence boost

  2. Abstain - it's proven that not ejeculating raises testesrone, pretty much the essence of confidence. Hold off on the wanking for a few days and you'll probably catch your self acting in some pretty brash manors

  3. Bang - best for last. The real thing that every confident alpha playboy has going for then is they know they've banged a dozen or two babes. All confidence really is is assurance in yourself that you can complete the task at hand. Why are you sure that your going to take the sexy shooter girl home tonight? Because you do it all the time

You are fucking delusional about the fitness part in step 2. Very few people in the entire world actually make a decent living with fitness. A stunning amount of professional bodybuilders do cam shows and gay4pay just to break even. And many of them are on drugs that are illegal in the United states, some cases they pay up to $50,000 for their drugs. If you are good at lifting and have a passion for it, the best you can do is go get an exercise science degree in college, or kinesiology.

Example; konstatin konstatinivos had a world record in the deadlift(937 pounds) and he still has to work very hard on the side in the security field.

Lifting weights and being fit is great, and I love it too, but in the real world, most people could care less how well you can pick things up and put them down.

When I was starting out on my journey to becoming awesome I used to say to myself "you're a boss, you're a boss" in social situations or when I was walking around. I did that for a few months, less and less all the time. Now I never need to actively think it, I just know...I'm a fucking boss.

Also lift weights, getting laid and real life achievements.
