5)What it means to be a fake alpha and why it's not worth it in the long run..

I think we need this post. Fake it till you make it is bullshit. It doesn't work.

1) It creates a negative feedback loop in your brain - acting like you've already made it destroys your motivation. (pavlov experiment)

2) Keeping up with fakeness is mentally taxing - Creating a new lie to make up for the old lie...eventually finding yourself in a pile of shit and creative a cognitive dissonance in your brain. (cognitive dissonance makes you act illogical)
