She got lukewarm because you didn't man up and have sex with her quickly enough.

As a follow-up, spending that much energy more or less ensures that you will not have a shot with this person.
Energy should be spent on goals. If your goal is to attract women of a given caliber, use that energy building muscle, skills, clarity, etc.

To be honest I would like to attract more women and have started training , even have a little six pack coming out but still a lot of work left. Your goals won't leave you (if u maintain them) , so they deserve more effort .
And honestly If she came crawling back I wouldn't take her regardless I always felt I could do better than her (looks wise) , it just bothers me if someone drags my name through the mud , when I was always respectful .
