I figured this would be a good issue to discuss.

Somebody posted this picture on cringepics.

There was a comment saying: "Am I the only one seeing this as a good move? What if the chick is drunk and isn't thinking right? Save the girl a regretful night and maybe date later..."

I replied with "Gonna have to disagree with you. Rejecting sex with a girl begging for it in exchange for maybe dating is not a good move."

And I got downvoted and someone replied with "Rejecting potential rape of an impaired girl is totally a good move."

Now, I'm not trying to get upvotes or anything if you do find the post I'm referring to, I just want to know at what point is it rape if a girl is throwing herself at you but she has drank that night (even if you had nothing involved with getting her to drink).

And also, in my view, if you drink alcohol (knowing full well that alcohol will impair your judgment) and then make a bad decision then you should take responsibility instead of claiming a guy raped you. I just cannot understand that mindset.

Edit: I think this is Men's Rights, but it might just be Ask TRP. Didn't know which flair fits better.
