I think you have failed to understand what 'alpha' and 'beta' mean in a RP sense.

I agree with most of the red pill theses, but not all and not entirely.

Having said that, when applying the alpha/beta thing to women, there is some truth to this. However, I think you're overcomplicating it. From my experience, a "red pill woman" (loose term, yes) has high self-esteem, is resilient to anxiety and long-term depression, doesn't get overly attached to her boyfriends(anti-oneitis policy), she's educated, and despises social media(facebook, instagram etc. -- and pokemon go!). One of this breed admitted that she doesn't love her husband of 17 years that much anymore, but nonetheless she would never cheat on him, because that would make her feel like shit and she wouldn't be able to keep it in(and letting it out would ruin the marriage). Basically, a good woman has her fun, but knows when to stop and knows what committment is. She won't love you forever(this is reality, not disney), but her values and self-esteem will keep her going, unless you screw up really badly(such as cheat yourself or something like that).

This is my subjective view when extrapolating the red pill ideology on women. Not saying NAWALT, but exceptions only confirm and reinforce the general rule. It's hard to find a woman like this, because they aren't found on the internet or in clubs, but if you do, they are the best LTR material, in my opinion.

personally I think trying to segregate everyone into alpha/beta is a waste of time.

first, a person's behavior can include any mix of traits.

second, a person's behavior can be caused by temporary circumstances.

someone having a tough time that has other stuff sorted but needs some affection will put themselves out to get what's missing.

someone having a great time with no needs on the table is going to look like a boss no matter how you cut it.

i'm starting to see the alpha beta dichotomy differently than presented on here. we talk about how an ltr requires a mix of alpha and beta, but i think instead of basing alpha and beta traits on what a woman wants, making dudes confused about wanting to be alpha but not so "alpha" that he turns sociopath and can't maintain any sort or ltr. when i think alpha i think strong traits. kindness and generosity, strength, a strong frame, courage, integrity, discipline, all alpha traits as they are all the things you'd expect in a true red pill enlightened alpha male. traits like fear, supplication, cowardice, all beta traits. in a relationship context it's not beta to comfort your woman or to be loyal to her, or to get someone you care about a gift you put thought into, but you it can be beta to do so out of fear that you can't do better or validation seeking or what not, like trying to buy friendship or sex by acting a certain way or doing certain things. alpha and beta are a state of being, and one can be an alpha or beta doing the same thing depending on context. that's why some dudes can do things and get away with it, while others will get shit on for doing anything other than sitting on his hands in the corner. aggression can be either alpha or beta depending on context as well. protecting your friends and loved ones would be an alpha behavior, self defense etc. on the other hand we've all seen dudes that have either beta rage over stupid shit, or getting ready to throw fists when someone makes a joke about his ugly shoes/hair/face/etc.

when thinking alpha/beta think free man vs slave, confidence vs cowardice, centered vs unstable. everyone has moments of weakness of course, we all feel fear and anger and act on them at times, but ultimately what determines alpha or beta is in where you are coming from when you do something, and whether or not you learn from your actions and apply them to your present and future. betas do the same dumb shit day in day out and never change, alphas are consistently evolving because they have a sense of curiosity and learn from their environment, from their actions and the actions of others and the consequences that they have.

I dated your description of an alpha female. I was definitely beta at the time, struggling with personal issues and using that as an excuse to be a fucking pussy. Things arent like that since we split. Feeling like you need the woman you're with is a red flag; I didnt pick up on it for a while. Long story short I went away for a while (to deal with these said personal issues) and got cheated on...a lot. Was I surprised? Not at all. She put me on a pedestal even when i was at my weakest, and that provided a false sense of security. Really what I should have picked up on is the fact that she puts all men on a pedestal and is willing to fuck just about anybody. Good post; I can definitely relate because of this first hand experience. Glad things are not this way anymore.

Let's just say that the alpha women is the one desired by the most desirable male, and so forth.

While I don't disagree with your description of a beta woman, it's closer to a Borderline, which is also non-alpha to say the least.

Dont forget that alpha/beta are nothing but rankings in a closed society, literally, beta is second best by definition.

There's no such thing as an Alpha female they don't exist. Only Alpha males exist
