This, coupled with Chateau Heartiste's three rules of Rules Of Social Savviness (Rule 1, Rule 2 and Rule 3) is a solid platform for beginners to get a grasp of how to present a Alpha frame.

Throw in Dale Carnegie's How to Make Friends and Influence People, and you will be well on your way to social dominance and being one suave motherfucker.
