Alphas and Betas are MADE, not born. That's good news, because there's no reason you can't rise to Alpha. Just being cognizant of the Alpha-Beta dynamic offers you a huge advantage.

Every boy has a range of Alpha and Beta tendencies. His nurturing and life experiences influence his development.

Rising to Alpha requires facing challenges and enduring hardship. It requires lessons in leadership and personal mastery. That doesn't happen in the sheltered environments well-intentioned mothers create for their sons.

And if you're blind to sexual polarity and the Alpha-Beta dynamic, as most chumps are, you're unlikely to hold a confident, masculine frame.

Achieving Alpha status doesn't mean you can sustain it. Your status fluctuates depending on the circumstances. As your sense of confidence in the moment rises and falls, your behaviour can swing between Alpha and Beta.

The same fluctuation happens in relationships. Men are often strong in the beginning of relationships, but when they relax and stop using Game skills, they can gradually become the "nagged beta husband of a contemptuous wife."

With Game knowledge and skills, the Beta husband can restore his weakened status and reignite the passion in a dead bedroom. (Read this article on Relationship Game)

Without Game knowledge and skills, you're vulnerable. You're like the business owner with no leadership and management skills - a bankruptcy waiting to happen.

Alpha dominance can be physical, psychological, social and intellectual. Of those, intellectual dominance gives lasting advantage. You literally see the world differently and can maneuver yourself accordingly. And awareness of Alpha-Beta dynamic allows you to maintain a stronger frame.

In my experiences, betas usually never exhibit an IDGAF attitude. It's more of a process wherein you've learned a lot about the realities of life that you start to not give a shit. Betas that I've known get laid? Pity sex, for years of due diligence and voluntary servitude or because the girl's emotional state was pitifully wrecked by another man and they happened to be in the right place at the right time.

Getting laid while in a beta mindset and stage of life is very damaging to one's development. It re-establishes their philosophy in their minds as being the correct one. "Hey, I've treated girls nicely, I got laid, blah blah blah." It will reaffirm their neverending bitterness, and no matter how much anguish they end up facing... they will always remember that one time they got laid.

False. Alpha is an anatomy, a bodyset.

Every behavior or mindset suits well an anatomical Alpha. The shittier, the better.

Women don't like something you can pretend; women don't like shortcuts or easy things; women look for authentic, genuine things.

The closest thing to an Alpha mindset is no mindset, other than giving it zero fucks. Oh, and you can't run a zero-fuck Alpha mindset; the zero-fuck Alpha mindset has to run you.

So don't try to make a zero-fuck Alpha mindset you can run or perform. The mindsets that are genuine and run you are normally a result of surrounding experiences and context, so if you want to have a zero-fuck Alpha mindset that will genuinely run you, get a perception of your context more favorable to the cultivation of that mindset.
