Identity Politics could work like this...

Those that want to be entirely Blue Pill would have CIS-Blue Identity.

Those who are Red / Blue "fluid" could Identify as Red or Blue or TransRed or TransBlue.

People unsure of their Identity might go into a Snow Storm and catch "Special Snowflakes" which could become their Identity.

OtherKin who are TransAnimal could Identify with TransRed or TransBlue, but not CIS of either color.

Or maybe this is just silly?

The distinction between Red vs Blue may be important when presented with the choice between paths. Afterwards, is the contrast necessary? I think it's more internalization at that point, where you just exist. No longer defined by, but doing the defining (which may be what is happening).
