A lot of people seem to confuse being an alpha with being aggressive.

True alpha is actually being assertive. The pack leader doesn't take whatever she-wolf he wants through violent interaction with his pack; rather the pack respects the alpha because of the fair use of his power. They also realize that if they step the fuck up, they're going to get sat the fuck right back down. Kudos to this guy for putting this little man into his place.

It is great how that guy diffused the situation but a major part of his "Alpha cred" was simply due to the fact that he was huge. That guy talking crap probably wouldn't have been so calm if a lanky 5'7 guy said the same thing. In fact, he probably would have immediately started throwing punches.

Angry guys demand respect by acting like a huge, whiny jerk. The alpha guy command respect, he didn't have to prove himself, and he took control of the situation.

It's remarkable how people assume that college-educated individuals are weak pussies who can't fight. Just because I'm probably smarter than you, doesn't mean I'm automatically weaker than you. It must be a defense mechanism to assume if they have one, then you must have the other.
