Gays have been doing this for a long time because they are the principal agents of gentrification. They take over part of or an entire city and turn it into a gay mecca that other gays want to "experience." Well-to-do gays who own houses or condos in the heart of the action then matter-of-factly seek out a house boy who will basically be a sex slave for free rent in the gay mecca.

Years ago I read a story about female students in Paris who became live-in French maids for their masters in exchange for free rent. Paris has heavily restrictive zoning regulations that do not permit the building of skyscrapers to maintain the look and style of the French capitol. They don't want buildings soaring above the Eiffel tower, and this architectural preference, combined with State regulatory power, has borne the unintended consequence of young French girls living the part.

The issue is the transient nature of such arrangements. Once upon a time a young girl would sell her youth, beauty, and womb to the highest bidder and the transaction was--barring extreme circumstances--permanent. Children were created and life moves forward. Men were thus incentivized to become the builders and protectors of civilization in order to afford a better wife. But that was when society functioned.

Today these arrangements might be for a semester or two, a year or two. The fag or young lady is used up as a commodity and then thrown away, sullied by the experience. Now, for fags, we don't really care because they aren't really responsible for sustaining civilization, because they don't have children except through expensive technological intervention. But the young lady is now destroyed. She is sullied by her experiences. She may have an abortive pregnancy from such an arrangement. She will be a less stable partner to any man she gets involved with in the future, which risks the health and well being of any children she brings into the world. This is a civilization destroyer when multiplied millions of times.

It is ironic because permanent, non-refundable marriage 1.0 is the only method by which a woman can cash in on her youth, beauty, and womb without being turned into a commodity. All other options lead to her being discarded like a used tissue with all of the social ramifications being paid by the rest of us.

I love the cops reaction, paraphrasing "we have limited resources, would you rather we go after someone who hasn't committed a crime but has offended your SJW victimization agenda or go after pedophiles who are trying to molest our children". This is interesting. Since you can revoke a marriage contract if you don't get sex (annulment) doesn't that mean that sex is a defined benefit of the marriage contract? In offering marriage you're offering up a home and half the proceeds of your income... basically you're paying for sex with all of this.

I mean if you want to lawyer it, seems to kind of make an angle that these "new laws" make marriage illegal?

It's men preying on women who are the real abusers not the women getting free rent because they are using their sexuality abusing men who pay for sexuality. Both parties are using the other side and both could be sign as moral and despicable if you want to frame your argument.

Prostitution is very narrow definition for a pretty clear reason because only the actual act of saying pay me $1400 a month for giving me sex 10 times a month is prostitution. If it's not narrow then it's hard to say there is a difference between a man making $200K a year dating a homemaker who has sex with him. He is doing very similar things to what the ad says these men want and it would be a nightmare for a court of law to distinguish between the two despite the fact that as the article says it's obvious the men want sex. However the article absolves women of all decision making ability.

Furthermore if we really want to get into it, prostitution should be legal. Granted we need a way to police it better and warn women about all the issues before they join the profession. I don't think it is the greatest profession for women but it is certainly an advantage they have that if they are dumb they can use their body as a source of income that men typically can't. Our society typically allows free choices. If women want to sell their body as their way to get out of poverty then I see no problem with it.
