Approaching Women is often, the most difficult part of the journey.

You know how it goes; starts with approach anxiety, then thousands upon thousands of thoughts race through your mind before she catches you staring at her. You shit yourself and avert your eyes immediately, because you still haven't quite got eye contact down and your BP upbringing is strong.

Now, instead of this, let's detach ourselves from the situation and view the interaction from a completely different perspective.

When you play a game and you fail, do you get embarrassed? Do you cringe? Do you become flustered? No, because you are not focused on the outcome, you are just having fun playing the game.

Why, when interacting with women, can you not apply the same principles of playing a game. (Of course, I'm not saying every woman you meet is going to be playable, if she's has red flags, next. If she's crazy, next. If she goes beyond any boundary of yours at anytime ever, next.)

Instead of starting off with anxiety about the approach, how do you feel when you start to play a new game? Excited. Go into the approach excited about the interaction. If you have amused mastery during the interaction because you're just excited to play, you will have an IDGAF mentality (if you are unsure on these principles, they're in the sidebar) and then there is NO REASON to be anxious because you have NOTHING to be anxious about, because hey, you're just playing a new game you're excited about.

Now, during the interaction, like when you play out a game, things will not go 100% right. The difference between you mastering the game and getting rejected is simply how you react it, this is called frame.

You do not lose your frame when you fuck up in a game (and if you do, chill bro, chill) because you have an IDGAF mentality, but in the interaction you lose your frame because you're too focused on her/trying to bang/whatever. It's awkward, tense and you are racking your brain trying to find shit to say and that kills the attraction.

If you think about your interactions with women and treat them exactly like you would from the perspective of a game, you will have an IDGAF mentality, you will have amused mastery, as you are just excited to play, and you will maintain your frame which inevitably will attract women.
